Jigsaw Piazza (jigsawpiazza.com) is a free online jigsaw puzzle site. The operator is Hasan Küpçü, Karamürsel, Kocaeli, Türkiye. You can reach us at destek@jigsawpiazza.com or through the "Write to us" page on the site.

Using the site

You can play puzzles without creating an account. If you create an account and upload pictures, these terms apply to everything you do on the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 16 years old if you are in the EU or EEA. You must be at least 13 years old if you are elsewhere. If you are under these ages, please do not use the site.

What you can upload

You may upload pictures that you took yourself or that you have the right to share. Before uploading, please make sure:

• The picture is yours, or you have clear permission from the owner.
• The picture does not show nudity or sexual content.
• The picture does not show graphic violence.
• The picture does not contain hate speech or content that targets a person or group.
• The picture does not include other people's personal data, such as identity documents or private addresses.
• The picture does not break any law.

Your pictures and our licence

You keep full ownership of every picture you upload. By making a picture public, you give Jigsaw Piazza a free, worldwide licence to store, display, resize, and turn that picture into a jigsaw puzzle for as long as the picture remains on the site. This licence ends when you remove the picture or when we remove it.

Public pictures can be played by any visitor to the site.

Reporting content

If you see a picture that breaks these rules, you can report it. After three reports from different users, the picture is hidden from the gallery until we review it. We remove pictures that break these rules and we do so promptly. In line with the EU Digital Services Act and Turkish Law No. 5651, we handle notices of illegal or harmful content and take action on verified reports.

If your picture is removed and you believe this was a mistake, write to destek@jigsawpiazza.com.

Fair play

• Play fairly and treat other users with respect.
• Do not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to scrape content from the site.
• Do not attempt to access parts of the site or other users' accounts that are not open to you.

Service provided as is

Jigsaw Piazza is free to use and provided as is. We cannot guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that it will work perfectly on every device. The site may change, features may be added or removed, and the service may be discontinued with reasonable notice.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If your account is suspended, write to destek@jigsawpiazza.com to ask about it.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be heard by the courts of Kocaeli, Turkey.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
